My Journey
Welcome. My name is Ruthie Remigio, and I am a Transformational Life Coach devoted to guiding people into the depths of their Shadow so they can reclaim their truth, power, and authentic self.
My mission is to help humanity peel back the layers of conditioning, programming, and survival identities to reconnect with who they truly are at their core. This work is not surface-level healing. It is deep, sacred, and life-altering. As I walk beside you on this journey, we leave no part of you unseen or untouched. Through this process, you reach self-mastery—a grounded confidence, an inner knowing that cannot be shaken.
When you take your power back and move in alignment with your truth, you no longer seek validation, approval, or permission from the outside world. No one can tell you who you are—because you already know. Your energy teaches others how to treat you. Clarity, purpose, and happiness are no longer things you chase; they become who you are. From that place of authenticity, you are clear about where you’re going, how you move, and who gets to walk this life journey with you.
My Journey
My path into transformational coaching began after a profound spiritual awakening in 2012—one that was not gentle, glamorous, or easy. It came through a series of tower moments and a deep dark night of the soul that shattered me open at every level.
I walked through loss, addiction, repeated lessons, pain from every direction, and the most intense betrayal of my life. I was lost, confused, and completely alone—screaming on the inside while doing everything I could to hold it together for my children. I left a narcissistic marriage, took my three-month-old baby, worked a full-time corporate job, and tried to survive a reality that felt unbearable.
I searched everywhere for answers—courses, webinars, seminars, events—hoping someone would tell me how to fix what I was feeling, how to escape the pain, how to change my life. I reached a breaking point where breakdowns became normal. I didn’t want to die, but I also couldn’t keep living the way I was. Deep in my soul, I knew there was more than surface-level healing. I knew I deserved happiness, stability, love, and real connection—I just didn’t know how to get there.
It was a long, painful journey filled with obstacles, setbacks, repetition, and dead ends. But I kept going. Slowly, everything became clear. Once I reconnected with my higher self and God, I understood: I had to walk the hard path alone so that others wouldn’t have to.
Why I Created This Work
I created my signature program with intention, love, clarity, and deep respect for the human healing process. It is built on the same techniques, systems, and knowledge that transformed my life. Every lesson is intentional. Every step builds on the one before it. This program was not rushed—it was created with devotion and purpose.
I vow to walk with you through this journey and beyond.
